About This Project

In the context of a Sales Kick off, Chambellan deliberately chooses to stage the whole event through the angle of theatre. The employees dive into a ‘mirror’ fiction of what the company experiences on a daily basis. The interventions of the managers are also ‘written and played’ to bluff the sales team. A theatre workshop for the participants ends the day to allow the management to eventualy take adhesions or disfunctions into account.
